This residence in Las Piñas is an Interior Styling Project designed for a client who recently moved into their new home. To save both cost and time, we opted for our interior styling service—a practical approach that maximizes existing features without heavy renovation. This method allowed us to refresh the space through thoughtful furniture selection, layout adjustment, and styling elements, giving our clients a home they can continuously improve as they grow with it.
The overall concept leans toward a modern minimalist design with touches of warmth from natural wood finishes. We wanted to create a space that feels serene yet inviting—clean lines, soft textures, and a neutral palette that reflects calm sophistication. The previous ground floor layout, however, was not conducive to interaction. The sofa originally faced away from the entrance, creating an awkward flow and visual disconnect upon entering the home.
To address this, we reoriented the layout and recommended an L-shaped sectional sofa that spans the former TV area, while relocating the TV to the opposite wall. This new arrangement encourages better conversation and allows the homeowners to easily see who enters and exits the space. It also minimized dead space and improved circulation, giving the living area a more open and balanced feel.
In the kitchen and dining area, minimal adjustments were made since most fixtures were already in place. We added mirrored wall accents to expand the visual depth and a dining set composed of mismatched chairs and a bench to bring in texture and personality. For the bedrooms, we selected off-the-floor furniture pieces to maintain a light, uncluttered aesthetic, and in the bathrooms, LED mirrors were installed to add both function and ambient charm.
A key part of the client’s request was the inclusion of real indoor plants, which became the finishing touch that tied the entire home together. The greenery softened the modern lines, brought a refreshing energy, and transformed the spaces with natural light and movement. Overall, this project stands out as one of our most memorable styling experiences—proof that with the right vision and thoughtful styling, even without major construction, a house can truly feel like home.
