This 300m² three-storey residential building in Pasig embodies a refined balance of sophistication and livability.
As an interior styling project, the goal was to enhance each floor’s existing character without undergoing major construction. By thoughtfully selecting furniture, lighting, and decorative accents, we were able to bring out the beauty of the home’s architecture while ensuring every space feels comfortable, cohesive, and true to the client’s lifestyle.
On the ground floor, functionality takes center stage. This level houses two rooms—a service room and a dedicated baking room for the client’s business. To make the space more welcoming, we created a reading nook by the large windows, transforming a simple corner into a bright and cozy spot where guests can relax. The natural light streaming in highlights this area beautifully, setting a calm and inviting tone from the moment you enter the home.
The second floor serves as the heart of the residence, showcasing the home’s stunning high-ceiling living room. To emphasize its vertical grandeur, we installed automated floor-to-ceiling curtains and added a dramatic chandelier that resembles twinkling stars at night.
Its soft reflections during the day add an extra layer of charm and elegance. Complementing this are an L-shaped sofa and a coffee table featuring gold and wood accents, achieving a balance between warmth and modern sophistication.
In the kitchen and dining area, we retained the existing layout but enhanced it with accent lighting and a new dining set. The yellow dining chairs serve as a cheerful focal point, bringing vibrancy and personality to the neutral palette.
Also located on the second floor is the master bedroom, which already featured a striking wood accent wall. To harmonize with this existing detail, we introduced off-the-floor furniture pieces that visually lighten the space while maintaining its sense of luxury. The result is a serene and elevated sanctuary that complements the elegant flow of the rest of the home.
Moving up to the third floor, this level is designed for family bonding and relaxation. The family living area is where the client’s children often gather to play video games, so we prioritized comfort with a plush, multi-position sofa setup ideal for lounging and entertainment. This floor also includes three bedrooms, each semi-renovated with fluted wall panels and wallpaper to create unique personalities while maintaining a cohesive overall theme. Throughout the home, contemporary elements and subtle elegance tie every detail together—culminating in a perfect expression of balanced elegance and comfort that grows beautifully with the family.
