Nestled in the heart of Bonifacio Global City, The Luxury Oasis is a 135 sqm premium two-bedroom corner unit.
It is envisioned to embody elevated comfort and timeless sophistication. This project aimed to transform a bare unit into a serene yet luxurious retreat—one that feels indulgent without being excessive. Since the client plans to use it as a rental property, our design approach was to deliver a sense of luxury that feels attainable, focusing on atmosphere, experience, and livability rather than purely decorative opulence.
The units boasts an expansive open layout and sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the city skyline. These architectural features became the highlight of our design direction, allowing natural light to flood the space and set a tranquil, refined tone.
To take advantage of the corner view, we strategically positioned the dining area near the window, creating a stunning backdrop for dinners or parties. Adjacent to this, the living area is anchored by a plush, neutral-toned sofa, complemented by metallic and wooden accents that strike a balance between warmth and sophistication. Every piece was carefully chosen to contribute to the quiet sense of luxury that defines the unit.
The kitchen, already semi-furnished, required only minimal yet impactful styling interventions. To maximize storage and maintain visual cohesion, we installed additional built-in cabinets that match the existing finishes. These subtle enhancements brought both form and function to the space, reinforcing the elegant, effortless rhythm of the home.
The master bedroom is the ultimate retreat! a space designed for unwinding in style. The first thing that catches your eye is the oversized upholstered headboard, adding just the right amount of color, texture, and drama to the room. It instantly sets the mood, tying together the soft lighting, cozy layers, and curated furniture pieces that make the space feel effortlessly refined. Beside the TV, a compact work desk nods to the clever layouts you’d find in chic boutique hotels—perfect for catching up on emails or morning journaling. Altogether, the room strikes that sweet spot between elegance and everyday comfort, a true sanctuary for both rest and inspiration.
Inside the master bedroom is a spacious walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, which we opted not to fully renovate to stay within the client’s budget. Instead, we focused on enhancing what already existed, introducing new accessories, fixtures, and accent lighting to refresh the space. These small yet deliberate changes made the area feel more polished and cohesive without the need for major construction.
The second bedroom mirrors the sense of quiet sophistication found throughout the home but carries its own distinct personality. A grooved headboard takes center stage here, adding texture and visual intrigue while maintaining a soft, neutral palette. Like the master suite, this room was designed for comfort, ensuring guests or tenants feel both pampered and at home. Every element—from the bedding to the subtle wall finishes—was chosen to exude calmness and understated beauty.
Even the bathrooms and powder room were treated with the same philosophy of restraint and refinement. While the original tiles were retained, we incorporated minor upgrades such as framed mirrors, new lighting fixtures, and modern accessories to breathe new life into the existing finishes. These updates created a cohesive aesthetic throughout the unit, ensuring that every space, no matter how small, feels considered and luxurious.
Overall, The Luxury Oasis stands as a testament to the idea that true luxury lies in balance—in the harmony of materials, light, and comfort. Every decision was guided by the desire to create a home that feels indulgent yet grounded, sophisticated yet livable. The result is a serene urban escape that captures the essence of modern luxury—effortless, timeless, and undeniably inviting.
