Interior Design Package

An end-to-end Interior Design service from space planning, implementation up to unit turnover.

This service is highly recommended for new build homes, ground-up projects, or any major renovation works that requires professional space planning and designing. Applicable for any residential and commercial spaces.

We only provide design and consultation services. However, we do have partner contractors we can recommend.

1. INITIAL PHASE
  ✦︎ Discovery Call (A 20-30 minutes Google Meet event where we lay the groundwork and get to know each other.)
  ✦︎ Site Ocular (No commitments! A minimal fee will be applied, & the corresponding percentage will be deducted from the final contract price.)
  ✦︎ Box Layout Submission (As-Built Plan will be submitted to the client whether we proceed with the project or not as part of the Site Ocular Fee scope)
  ✦︎ Final Contract Submission (Valid for 2 weeks only. We will proceed with the next phase once client signed the contract.)
2. SCHEMATIC PHASE
  ✦︎ Initial Submission of 3 Concept and MoodboardOptions and 3 Color Scheme Options.
  ✦︎ Block Modeling (Top View Plan w/ callouts of design pegs/furniture samples) of chosen final concept
  ✦︎ Design Consultations (No. of meetings shall depend on the complexity of the project.)
  ✦︎ We will only proceed with the next phase once the client approved the final concept and color scheme of the project.
3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE
  ✦︎ Initial Stage: 3D Rendered Perspectives Presentation based on the agreed concept.
  ✦︎ Revision Stage: 2D Perspectivesof revisions based from initial 3D presentation (No. of revisions shall depend on the complexity of the project.)
  ✦︎ Design Consultations (No. of consultations shall depend on the complexity of the project.)
  ✦︎ Final Stage: Presentation of approved 3D Rendered Perspectives
  ✦︎ *Any revisions beyond this point will incur Revision Charges*
4. CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION PHASE (production of technical drawings)

  ✧ Floor Plan and Furniture Layout
  ✧ Floor and Wall Finishes

5. DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
  ✦︎ Submission of final plans for quotation to potential contractors (for bidding or referral works)
  ✦︎ Coordination with Site Project Manager/Contractor
  ✦︎ Purchasing of approved items from the Procurement List
  ✦︎ Periodic Site Visits (No. of visits will depend on the complexity of the project.)
6. INTERIOR STYLING PHASE
  ✦︎ Final Punchlisting (One round of punchlisting before actual styling)
  ✦︎ One day home staging (No. of days will depend on the complexity of the project.)
  ✦︎ Interior photoshoot (For designer’s portfolio use and/or YouTube Vlog)
7. PROJECT TURNOVER
  ✦︎ Submission of edited Interior Photos to the client marks the completion of the project.

Interior Styling Package

Offers select procurement of off-the-floor furniture pieces and one day home staging only.

This service is ideal for clients who aims for little to no effort upgrade! Perfect for both residential and commercial properties, it focuses on enhancing spaces through home staging.
Whether it’s a showroom, rental unit, or a newly turned-over furnished home, this package offers a quick and hassle-free way to bring character to your space—no heavy construction required.

Design Plans Package

Furnishing of signed and sealed design plans for remote services or for future use.

This package is perfect for clients who want a complete visual guide for their space without the need for in-person meetings.
Ideal for clients based outside our coverage area, this service provides all the design details and specifications you need to execute the project confidently on your own.
