The foundation of this home is built on warmth and refinement, with soft layers, inviting textures, and ambient lighting that create a sense of calm the moment you walk in. It’s a space that doesn’t just look beautiful—it feels beautiful.
The Luxury Modern Home is a 2-bedroom, 92sqm condo renovation that blends modern elegance with intentional functionality.
Originally, the unit was one big open space or what we call “Flex Unit”, which gave us full freedom to reimagine the layout based on how the family truly lives. This blank canvas allowed us to plan purposefully, optimizing flow, maximizing storage, and creating thoughtful moments throughout the home.
One of our favorite insertions was a custom wine and coffee station placed cleverly between two rooms—turning a transitional area into a stylish and functional feature.
Designed to fit a family of four, this home also serves as our client’s secondary residence—a personal retreat they consider their home away from home. Every square meter was utilized with meaning, ensuring practicality and comfort without sacrificing luxury. The result is a home that supports relaxed everyday living while still feeling effortlessly elevated.
Our design approach emulates the refined ambiance of high-end hotels—sophisticated, yet relaxed and inviting. We infused each room with layered textures, rich finishes, and striking patterns that add personality and depth.
Enhanced by curated décor and signature accents that make every corner feel intentional, A Residence is a space that celebrates understated luxury, character, and timeless design.
